We all know Rachael Lillis from the many wonderful roles she played. She filled our Saturday mornings and before/after school hours with her beautiful voice, her terrific comic timing, and her remarkable acting skills. #RachaelLillis
This is basically my opinion on the decision. Absent an actual record that Trump engaged in insurrection, he can't be declared ineligible based on that clause, because he's not been tried on such a charge with rules of evidence, etc.
The opinion of the Colorado Supreme Court is shameful and runs completely counter to our constitutional system.
Donald Trump was not removed from office by Congress for engaging in insurrection.
Donald Trump has not been criminally convicted in a court of law of engaging in insurrection.
Whatever you believe about whether Donald Trump engaged in insurrection has no bearing on whether he’s eligible to run for president.
No legislative, executive, or judicial body of a state should engage in extraconstitutional decision-making to disqualify a federal candidate from the ballot.
This isn’t accountability; it’s an assault on due process of law. It undermines our electoral system and threatens every federal candidate for office.

It's not solely because of the buses; it's that the mall owner wants to find a scapegoat for their lack of routine maintenance. The holes also exist on the side where the buses don't run.
The parking lot at the Crossroads Mall in Portage is ridden with potholes due to the heavy traffic from the Metro transit busses. That company is being sued for millions.
