Her friend started a company 8 days ago and she gave them $143 million government contract.
Republicans are literally robbing US in broad daylight.
Neguse: Where is this company headquartered?

Neguse: I don’t know either. We can’t find it. We did find an address that’s registered to a political operative. This company that received 143 million dollars was incorporated 8 days before this contract went out.
You want the American people to believe that this is all above board, that $143 million of taxpayer money just happened to go to this one company that doesn't have a headquarters, doesn't have a website, has never done work for the federal government before and is registered apparently or attached to a residence from a political operative, and of course one of the subcontractors of that contract, as you know, is a political firm that's tied to, to you back when you were governor of South Dakota?

Such irresponsible and selfish attention seeking behaviour has no place in precious places in Lakeland.
No care for the Countryside Code, concerned local communities or nature.
This individual has since boasted the attention makes them money…..that’s not quite true as I’ve been digging on their figures.
I’ve personally privately and publicly reached out to em in a professional manner - as usual I was ignored and blocked.
Either way, the fact they don’t care is rather telling of how such folk treat the #outdoors nowadays.
I’m all up for access to the countryside but it does come with essential care and responsibility for all and future generations 👍
Sadly, this individuals behaviour reflects the serious issues the UNESCO World Heritage Site that is Lakeland faces in recent years which has become endemic in many parts of the national park.
