FBI’s TSDB - Outrageous.
- 97% of TSDB is “Non-Investigative Subjects” in Handling Codes 3 & 4. These people have “No known ties to terrorism” per Office of Inspector General (OIG).
- The TSDB has never been used to stop an act of terrorism. Per FBI Agent under oath.
- Many small children, as young as 3 years old - are placed on the list as "suspected terrorists."

Civilian Havana Syndrome Lawsuit Update
Following the Government Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, plaintiffs in BER v. CDC filed an Amended and Supplemental Complaint.
One of the reasons we had to supplement our complaint was this: about a week after CDC was served with the lawsuit, they promptly answered my 2025 petition. They wrote: “After careful review, CDC determined that the request falls outside the agency’s purview to respond, so did not respond.”
But as early as 2019, CDC’s own Havana report treated the State Department request as a “public health response” and said it was “working with partners to disseminate findings from this investigation to the medical community and the public.”
Seven years later, and after numerous physician-diagnosed cases, the CDC flipped. Defendants face a steep climb explaining to the judge why Havana Syndrome, once treated as a public health matter - now sits outside the CDC’s purview.

Great news and little known fact! Private citizens can file their own Inspector General (IG) complaints to federal government departments and agencies. Howard Lutnick has met all the minimum requirements for submission of formal IG complaints. Among several reasons outlined in below Substack link, the minimum criteria is "the appearance" of a conflict of interest.

The complaints are drafted and ready to be submitted to the Department of Commerce Office IG and because he has been afforded access to classified information there is a draft for the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). @CommerceGov

This Thursday, October 22, the Spy Museum hosts a Havana Syndrome event, and it's the same spy-vs-spy story: officers who served overseas and their long fight for recognition.
They deserve our gratitude for their service. But civilians didn't sign up for this, and expert physicians have diagnosed them here at home.
Michael Rey and Oriana Zill de Granados did serious reporting, but a story that stops at spies and federal employees tells only half of it. Every day civilians are ignored is another day Havana Syndrome is normalized in the US population.
