72 Truck Drivers Removed From Wyoming Roads Through Sheriff And ICE Partnership The Laramie County Sheriff's Office in Wyoming says 72 commercial truck drivers described as unsafe and undocumented have been removed from local roads over the past year. The partnership began in October 2025 and allows trained local deputies to perform certain federal immigration enforcement duties. Authorities also reported making 538 arrests for federal immigration violations during the same period. Officials said those cases originated from traffic stops involving state law violations.
