So I think I’ll have to address this issue once and for all. This would be the only time I respond to this, this would be the only engagement from the Perpspad team.
First off, the purps team has been constantly attacking us from beginning they started copying us.
We’ve been building @PerpsPadfun for more than 2 months now.
We’ve been vocal about updates, features etc on our platform. We even shared most of the updates in our telegram.
The founder of purps was a member of our TG, the moment we noticed he started copying features, updates and working of perpspad it was already too late.
PerpsPad started getting attention and we decided to work on these features.
We halted on features because an advice from our partners were to focus on users understanding the product value proposition before anything else.
I’m addressing this issue now because, there’s nothing the purps community hasn’t done to spread false narratives on PerpsPad.
The product is novel to the team, purps isn’t a friendly fork, it’s a vamp. And it’ll be a vamp.

This might sound crazy right now, but Purps will flip Stonk in the near future because it’s built on a more robust and durable foundation.
When memecoins are backed by perps, the fees flowing into the platform aren’t just used for buybacks, burns, or airdrops. Instead, they act as fuel, locking that value into actual market positions. For the first time, this gives memecoins intrinsic value rather than just a narrative. Each coin becomes a story and a bet on the market.
This creates a completely new game with new incentives that will prove far more rewarding than the old way of doing things. This changes everything.

It’s disappointing to see the Solana ecosystem intentionally ignoring @buypurps, clearly the superior product in the perp-backed memecoin category, just because they prioritized users by integrating @HyperliquidX for deeper liquidity. I’m sure Purps would support @PhoenixTrade later, but their platform isn't quite as robust yet. Ultimately, Purps will win in the end because they put the user first.
