Peaceful protests is a democratic activity. Last time I heard India was a democratic country.

On what grounds can people travelling to Delhi be detained mid-way?
Over dozens of students onboard Goa Express and on their way to participate in protests in Delhi were detained by the local police in Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh.

i love my cook
Bengaluru cook economics are crazy actually. For 2 people, around ₹7–8k/month, 2 visits a day, Sunday off. They come in, chop vegetables , make 2 dishes quickly and move on to the next house. Pressure cooker is basically their Astra , dal, aloo, soya, chicken… everything somehow ends up in it! Taste is usually average unless you keep explaining how you want it. Otherwise more oil + more masala seems to be the shortcut. And yet we continue. Because I realised we’re not really paying ₹8k for amazing food. We’re paying ₹8k to not have to think about cooking twice every single day.

It's insane that housing discrimination based on marital status and dietary preferences is completely legal in India. We need something at the scale of the civil rights act to curb housing discrimination in India.
Bangalore landlords so hostile, if they find out you’re a bachelor they will take you back and shoot you in the head. 😣😣😣😣

the worst mentality a person can have is to live in mutual exclusives.
Each large muscle of a bodybuilder represents a language he didn't learn, a poem he didn't read, a fun fact he never memorised.
