2024 has been a proud year for the REDI Program! Our fellows published new articles, advanced research, presented globally, and gained international experience. We also gathered in Barcelona and Melbourne for the second REDI Symposium. We are #REDI for 2025! Happy holidays!

At the #REDI Symposium, fellows engaged in activities aimed at strengthening connections and enhancing the overall experience of the program. Their active participation and constructive feedback are crucial for the continuous improvement of the REDI program!

Brian Cahill (@b_p_cahill) and Anna Muro Rodríguez (@AnnaMuroR) presented about mental health and wellbeing, providing an overview of the general state of mental health and wellbeing of early-stage researchers in Europe followed by a two-hour practical training.

Fidel Bellmunt Montagut and Gabriela Irrazabal (@gabrielairraz) facilitated a workshop on Open Science, introducing concepts such as open access publishing, citizen science and research data management focusing on both European and Australian requirements.

At the REDI Symposium in #Barcelona, fellows engaged in sessions designed to enhance transferrable skills applicable to their research projects and future careers. A special thanks to all the facilitators for sharing their valuable insights and knowledge!
