People care too much about FE profit.
They pile on pressure, claims, fake urgency and scarcity just to make the sale.
But your CPA can only get so low and FE ROAS only so high.
If only they realised they sacrifice thousands tomorrow for a few extra quid today.
There's a fine line between building yourself a luxury prison and building a business that actually serves you and the lifestyle you want.
Don't fall for the traps disguised as success.
On the other side of what you want is what they want.
The art of the deal is finding an agreement where BOTH parties are happy.
If that doesn't exist, you shouldn't force it.
It'll only come back to bite you later down the line.
Most businesses or experts will try their damn hardest to protect something that isn't making them any money.
It's easy to fill your time with making things look pretty.
But when it comes to footing overheads?
It should be the last thing on anyone's to-do list.
Experts often sell what they think their audience wants next.
They lived that life. Know how to overcome it. So sell them the next step.
That's great.
But if you don't sell it in a way that manifests in their life right now...
... all you'll get is crickets.
Don't be so fixated on scaling ads for more front-end margin.
It usually comes at the cost of premium customers.
And premium customers are the ones who buy high-ticket on the back end.
That's where the real money is.
When the sales pipeline dries, everyone tries to push harder.
More ads.
More content.
More selling of existing offers.
New customers are great.
But you aren't finished with your old ones.
They trust you. But misunderstand your pre-made, rigid offer.
People pay £500/month for a car that sucks their salary dry.
No money is simply an objection that they don't want what you have badly enough.
If they really want your thing ... and come to that conclusion themselves ... they'll find a way.
Businesses that try to attribute everything back to cash will struggle to scale.
Been peppered with ads for months.
Went to Amazon to buy it.
Their ads manager will not be able to track me to that sale.
If they had paused their ads... Guess what? I wouldn't have purchased.
Investing in yourself is easily the best return on investment you can make.
This is true until you have enough money for it to compound substantially.
Even then, you should continue investing in yourself.
Paid ads are salesmen finding your best prospects 24,7 / 365.
It's a game of economics.
You can make it profitable from day one. So who wouldn't trade £1 for £2 of profit?
Everyone focuses on how much they earn rather than how they earn it.
The first is for show.
The latter is for sanity.
Most back-ends are just more promotions.
"You bought this... now buy this."
But people looking to achieve their hopes and dreams want to be heard, not sold.
They have problems. Reasons for them. And limiting beliefs surrounding them.
That's your back-end.
You don’t get to choose whether you suffer. But you do get to choose what your suffering buys you.
Comfortable job? Boredom & routine.
Entrepreneur? Uncertainty, self-doubt, responsibility, and feelings of failure.
Every path has a bill attached to it.
