Let us summarise the differences between diarrhoea, dysentery and cholera. - Diarrhoea is a general symptom characterized by loose, watery stools and can arise from various causes, affecting both the small and large intestines. - Dysentery is a more severe form of diarrhoea with blood, mucus, and pus, primarily affecting the colon due to invasive bacterial or amoebic infections. - Cholera is marked by profuse, watery diarrhoea without blood, caused by a toxin from *Vibrio cholerae*, leading to rapid dehydration and often linked to poor water sanitation. Each condition, though involving diarrhoea, presents with different levels of severity and requires specific approaches to treatment and prevention, especially in resource-limited settings where these diseases are most prevalent. Understanding these differences is crucial for effective management and control of these diseases in clinical and public health contexts. Did you learn anything new? Muzukuru independence was a collective national effort. I have got family members who fought in that war & made immense sacrifices. You do not have a monopoly over Zimbabwe. I belong to it as much as you do. What's more, by a stroke of genetic coincidence, we share bloodlines & ancestral lands. As I have repeatedly reminded you, you are a dinosaur. You & your generation have destroyed Zimbabwe & stifled it's great potential. Many are running away from the choking poverty & social, political & humanitarian catastrophe. It's "independence" for a select few! What's more, I can prove that ED's ascendancy was immensely supported by the British via Catriona Laing. I have got documentary evidence, including from meetings that I attended there in Zim. ED himself publicly claimed that he would reform & usher in & inclusive & democratic Zimbabwe divorced from egregious human rights violations of the past. He has now held successive sham elections, so he has spectacularly to reform & improve the welfare of our people. The problem is you lack vision & an understanding of your mortal limitations. Weren't Nkomo, Tekere, Sithole, Makamure, Dongo, Dumbutshena, Masuku, Dabengwa, Mohadi & many others persecuted by the regime? No opposition has ever been tolerated. You simply don't know how to build a peaceful, united & democratic country. You steal elections & then fail to run the economy. RTGS, Bond Notes & now ZiG! What's next? Mbudzi Interchange? 4 years? 🀣🀣🀣 – at Leeds, England

So far, 72 countries approved StarLink. Mozambique, our friendly neighbour, is battling terrorists & rebels, but they approved Starlink. We are busy writing acres of baseless articles. That’s how u get left behind while others progress. How is Starlink internet different from Econet internet besides being of better quality and cheaper?

After @Potraz_zw, the moneychangers at the @ReserveBankZIM are also failing as regulators. Zimbabweans are scared of banking their money because of the extortionate bank charges. The RBZ honchos who are former bankers won’t solve the issue, they normalise it . Banks MUST be lenders, & make money from lending…. These banks thriving on bank charges add no value to the economy… they have no appetite to lend money or finance projects, they are waiting to decimate whatever people deposit in their accounts. @ParliamentZim is sleeping on IT’s oversight duties, allowing banks to rip off customers while contributing nothing to the economy. Money deposited in banks MUST earn interest, not be wiped out through bank charges…. @ZimTreasury is just watching, normalising this economic sabotage. There is now a huge increase in robberies because of cash being kept in homes….

THIS ZIMBABWE MUST COME…This was at Doroi camp in Mozambique before the 1980 independence. The young people had so much hope in the future. This hope has not materialized. Things went wrong. 44 years later, even the young people of today still have this hope. Zimbabwe will not die because the young people will save it!! It’s a generational call. Are you in?? #MyZimbabwe #OneOeople

We strongly condemn @PoliceZimbabwe's conduct at St Faith High in Rusape today, where a police officer set a dog on learners who were protesting against a US$600 fees hike. Peaceful protest is a human right. Authorities have a duty to respect, facilitate and protect this right.

Let's not focus on personalities. Let's focus on fundamentals. Personalities come & go. When you obsess on personalities, you lose sight of what's important. Our legacy should go beyond our lifespans. In about 40 or so years from now, very few people will remember who Charamba or Mutebuka were! Who leads our people should be decided by the people themselves in free & fair elections, not us elites. The people are of course free to change their minds based on performance & manifestos. This is the fairest & most democratic way of choosing leaders. The situation has reached another level, to borrow SB Moyo's notorious statement! Our people have simply suffered for too long. This is not sustainable. Something has to give sooner rather than later. The economy simply has to be addressed!

You are bastardising what was a glorious revolution which was achieved by coming together as a collective to dismantle & defeat a racist, ruthless & repressive settler regime. Tongo echoes the same message repeatedly in archival footage. By seeking to monopolise the war effort, you are not only cheapening it, but trying to rewrite history as well. The brutal truth is your generation has betrayed the ideals of the liberation struggle. It's been a "Harvest of Thorns" as Shimmer Chinodya's powerful text notes. You should come to terms with the fact that: 1. The war generation won't last forever &, 2. Opposition political parties are a positive legacy of the liberation struggle - from the one man one vote democratic ideal! Your generation is too obsessed & consumed with oppressing the opposition rather than building & transforming the country! As ED himself conceded in November 2017, we are several decades behind technology wise when we led many African countries bar SA at independence! Look at our Stadiums, we can't even host our own football matches at home, look at our CBD, there are cranes at work there! It has remained unchanged for decades! Look at our hospitals, our trains, our schools & our roads, including the Vic Falls one, our tourism hotspot! Even dictatorships can deliver human & economic progress! We have seen that with the Chinese & the repressive regimes in the Middle East like UAE, Qatar & the Saudis!

What I like about @nelsonchamisaβ€˜s decision today is, it gives the country a chance to reset. We await the solid ideas & strategies from those who felt Chamisa was an impediment to their political ambitions. As of now he is partyless. We don’t want excuses.

Whereas Zanu PF has repressive/coercive apparatus and state apparatus to abuse against the masses, its opponents, the arena of ideas, stratagems is open to everyone and we must do better. We must think and think better. There must be a sharper counter hegemony

Happening Now! We host Shurugwi, Sese, Marange, and Penhalonga communities in Mutare as part of the Unified #Right2SayNo Campaign, which aims to create a community-led initiative to increase awareness of the negative impacts of mining throughout the country. In order to strengthen grassroots movements advocating for environmental justice and a developmental agenda supported by their local natural resources, @CNRG_ZIM has been educating mining host communities on the principles of #Right2SayNo over the past years. @BROT_furdiewelt @UsaidZimbabwe @zzidawu @marange_women @zccinzim
