In August 1994, in Budapest Hungary, Michael Jackson visited 2 children’s hospitals: Heim Pál Children’s Hospital and Bethesda Hospital. Michael handed out around 2,600 toys to young patients. Through his foundation together with Toys R Us and AmeriCares, toys, food and other supplies worth approximately $20,000 were provided to the hospitals. Michael also offered to purchase a respiratory machine for the hospital. Michael met an 8 year old girl who had been lying motionless and silent for weeks. It was later recalled that when Michael approached her, she reached out and touched his hand. 🤍
