They’re welcome to follow the exact same rules as everyone else and use single sex spaces and compete in sport in their sex category. Nothing more inclusive than having literally the same rights as everyone else. What you’re advocating for are privileges no one else has. Expect pushback.

Massive victories in Colorado! Not by politicians. By people who took matters into their own hands. @Erin4Parents, with virtually no money, led a team of volunteers to collect more than 500,000 signatures. They got three child protection measures on the ballot, and three victories! • No more gender surgeries on kids. • Girls’ sports protected. • Life in prison without parole for child sex traffickers.

What do you mean by trans people? Do you mean transsexuals or transvestites?

A new law that risks criminalising parents who question whether their children are trans must be scrapped, MPs, peers and experts have demanded. ‘Gender’, as opposed to sex, is an anti-scientific myth. If a child with a penis announces that he is really a girl, parents and teachers have a positive duty to educate him in the scientific truth that he is a boy. Of course no parent should use physical or psychological abuse for any reason. But if anyone should be prosecuted it is those who abuse their duty of care by encouraging children in the anti-scientific delusion that they can choose their own sex. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…

It's outrageous that Sex Matters has anything to do with this, the @EHRC should be doing it. Seriously, what is it for? Perhaps we can make Sex Matters the government regulator for issues around sex based rights and leave the ECHR for made up race grievance nonsense. We'll give @MForstater the £90k salary instead.
Thanks to everyone who came to the RCJ today, especially those who did the swimsuit thing! We are back again tomorrow to hear the other side's case.

As usual what offends or degrades all the women in his class or the female teachers he comes in contact with at work comes behind what makes this man feel happy 👎🏼

🚨Family First Media Release INFORMED CONSENT NOT ENOUGH FOR PUBERTY BLOCKERS Family First has just released an exclusive podcast discussion between host Simon O’Connor and retired consultant anaesthetist and Genspect NZ clinical director Dr. Isabel Ross. Dr Ross lays bare the ethical and evidential cracks in New Zealand's approach to prescribing puberty blockers to children — drawing on her newly published paper in the New Zealand Medical Journal. The paper — Ethical and Evidential Challenges in Adolescent Puberty Blockage: Why Informed Consent Alone Is Not Enough — contends that paediatric gender medicine has elevated patient autonomy above three equally fundamental ethical obligations: do good, do no harm, and act justly. The result, Dr. Ross argues, is a medical pathway built on flimsy evidence, shielded from scrutiny, and often sold to vulnerable families on the basis of unproven claims. "Lack of evidence of harm is not the same as safety," Dr. Ross told the podcast. "If you don't go looking for harm, you won't find it." The wide-ranging conversation covered the Cass Review's revelations, the reality of the medical pathway from puberty blockers to cross-sex hormones, the failures of informed consent, and the barriers facing detransitioners — all grounded in Dr. Ross's decades of clinical experience in risk management and pharmacology. Some key topics discussed on the show include: · The 50-fold increase in UK children's gender clinic referrals between 2010 and 2019 — a surge that in any other medical context would have triggered a public health emergency. · That over 90% of children placed on puberty blockers proceed to cross-sex hormones, making the so-called "pause" anything but. For many, the pathway leads to irreversible sterility. · Informed consent is a fiction when children are asked to weigh decisions about fertility and long-term health they have no life experience to evaluate — and parents are pressured by suicide narratives that lack any solid evidence base. · Exploratory therapy — the cornerstone of differential diagnosis — has been effectively criminalised under New Zealand's conversion practices law, stripping clinicians and families of the tools they need to properly assess what's actually going on with a struggling child. · Detransitioners have nowhere to go. No formal medical pathway exists in New Zealand for those who wish to reverse course. Their existence, Dr. Ross notes, is effectively denied. This is an important podcast discussion around a medical paper that needs to be taken seriously. Not only is Dr Ross raising ethical questions and concerns, but concerns that involve young children and their families. About Dr. Isabel Ross Dr Ross is a retired consultant anaesthetist out of Wellington Hospital. She also has a PhD on patient understanding and informed consent. She is also the Clinical director for Genspect New Zealand. WATCH THE INTERVIEW - youtu.be/FggMQVnNS24

The first race has been called among Dems who have crossed transgender activists: Rep. Kathy Castor: FL-14, vs. Mike Beltran. Ms. Castor is one of the four who Erin Reed has told her supporters not to vote for. Asked her position on “biological men, in women’s sports” at a candidate forum in October, she said: “The answer is no.”
The Transgender Movement’s Election-Night Reckoning benryan.substack.com/p/dozen… 32 Democrats defied trans activists on girls’ sports or minors’ transitions. Five states put trans questions directly to voters. Here is every race and measure. I’ll provide results as they land.

Trans women in women's sports is a top tier issue for humanity because it's a proxy for the following questions: -- Are we liberal society? (Or are we a progressive authoritarian society?) -- Are we a pluralistic society? (Or are we social justice theocracy?) -- Are we a democratic society? (Or are we governed by the unrepresentative consensus of a tiny, delusional elite?) -- Are we a reason-based society? (Or are we a cargo cult that worships idols?) -- Are we a reality-based society? (Or do we treat falsehoods as truths when told by people in power that it is virtuous to do so?) -- Can we put a stop to obvious insanity? (Or are we in the thrall of ridiculous dogmas that no one can dispute because a powerful lobby calls it virtuous to clap along to absurdities and cruelties that destroy fairness?)

This is why our conversion practices law has to go. "Helping a teenager towards transition is protected. Questions that lead away from transitioning can carry up to three years in prison." It's a form of conversion practice itself.
“I just want to tell the truth. Is that allowed?” Psychotherapist Stella O’Malley wanted to be a boy from age three until puberty. After the backlash to her 2018 Channel 4 documentary, Trans Kids: It’s Time to Talk, she founded Genspect, which argues gender-distressed young people need psychological care before medical transition. She tells Dane Giraud that New Zealand’s conversion practices law limits what therapists can explore with them. Helping a teenager towards transition is protected. Meanwhile, trans activists tell women they have no right to speak about themselves and their own bodies in any way that might trigger narcissistic rage in trans-identified men, apply the ideological term 'cis' to people who neither describe themselves that way nor believe in gender identities, assert the right to redefine 'woman' not by the observable characteristics of biological sex but by sex stereotypes, and seek to dictate what rights women and girls should surrender to men.

I’ve never told any trans person what they ‘should be.’ As far as I’m concerned, trans people can call themselves whatever they like and believe whatever they like about themselves. What trans people aren’t entitled to is universal agreement that they’ve changed sex, acclaim for their embodiment of sex stereotypes, the reconfiguration of laws around an objective untruth or women’s surrender of their sex-based rights.

Suppose a female academic turned up to lecture with an enormous prosthetic phallus on display. Or in blackface? Would the college say 'free expression, nothing to see here.'? This stuff shouldn't be difficult.
