5. Proto si Musk, Rubio, Trump a další přehazují zodpovědnost a matou společnost.

History will remember Steve Witcoff as a traitor to America for praising Putin as a “humanitarian”. This is your forever legacy. Your children and grandchildren will carry this shame forever.

It’s clear that @PeteHegseth has blood on his hands
The Pentagon is delaying the delivery of Patriot missiles to Ukraine—missiles that have already been paid for by allies, reports *The Kyiv Independent*. A shipment of missiles, fully funded by Ukraine’s allies (including through NATO mechanisms), is awaiting Hegseth’s signature; however, the Pentagon chief is deliberately blocking the process. The Ukrainian leadership views this decision as another form of political pressure from Washington.

Before you close your eyes tonight, think of Ukraine. We’re exhausted. We’re frightened. We’re carrying more than anyone should. But we’re still here. And this is still our home.

One-year-old Angelina was killed by a Russian drone in her stroller. Yet, @elonmusk sees no problem with restricting Starlink for Ukrainian defenders who shoot down these drones. Everyone who appeases Russia is their accomplice in this war!

PS I’ve met Putin many times and listened in on calls with him as well. I also speak Russian. Yes he is soft spoken, deliberate, and measured. So what? He’s still a killer. He still launched a barbaric invasion of Ukraine, that has produced tragic loss of life not seen on this scale in Europe since WWII.

Just noticed a onetime colleague using the expression "TDS" (unironically, of course). This expression is ever more repulsive to me. Trump is now in open partnership with Putin, a blood-soaked monster of our time. If you object to this, you do not suffer from "TDS." You are simply a decent human being and patriot.

🚨BREAKING: This new chart from @TheStudyofWar overlays Ukraine’s strikes on Russian refineries with the price of diesel fuel. There is NO CORRELATION between strikes on Russian refineries and spikes in the price of diesel here in the U.S. They are not driving up prices here.

People need to understand that the only reason Trump backed down on SpaceX and Starshield so quickly is that he got push back right away, politically and from Ukraine. He is a bully and a coward. Stop criticising Zelensky for standing up to him.

Ukraine is so incapable of winning, has so lost the war to Russia long ago, is so completely doomed and has had absolutely no chances, that even the President of the United States is now bending over backwards to save Russia's oil economy from Ukrainian strikes, while corrupt fringe populists across Europe are howling in unison demanding that Ukraine finally be cut off from aid -- because here we are, nearing the end of the fifth year of Putin's glorious three-day blitzkrieg to capture Kyiv, and the great, invincible Russia is still banging its head against a wall trying to take the little town of Lyman in Ukraine's Donbas. By the way, what's all this hysterical fuss about if Ukraine has already lost everything and is going to be taken over soon anyway?

Of the five parties to the Budapest Memorandum: One is invading Ukraine. Another is openly pushing Ukraine toward capitulation. A third is supplying resources that help make it possible. A fourth continues buying Russian resources, helping finance Moscow’s war machine while publicly claiming to stand with Ukraine. That leaves the good old British. Thirty-two years after Ukraine surrendered its nuclear arsenal in exchange for security assurances, this is where we stand.

Vladimir Putin is trying to humiliate the Trump administration. He attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure immediately after President Trump said Russia and Ukraine both agreed to an “energy ceasefire”. President Trump shouldn’t let Putin get away with disrespecting him and our country. Russian sanctions should be reimplemented. Putin thinks he can give @POTUS the middle finger. It’s blatantly disrespectful and antagonistic.

.@elonmusk please tell me these overnight disruptions to Starlink terminals in Ukraine were unintended - that @SpaceX is doing everything it can to fix a temporary glitch. I'm confident this does not reflect a change in SpaceX policy because if so, intentionally degrading Ukraine's ability to defend itself might be construed as aiding and abetting a mass murderer. Can you confirm that's not SpaceX’s intent? Ukrainians simply want to live in peace. They did not ask Putin to bomb their homes, schools and hospitals. They do not want Putin to kidnap and brainwash their children. They are not interested in destroying energy infrastructure - in Ukraine or in Russia. They only want to defend their country and live their lives. Supporting Ukrainian sovereignty - or at the very least, allowing for it - should not be a gray area for the U.S. government or for American corporations. Can you clarify the SpaceX position? nbcnews.com/world/ukraine/uk…

Overnight, the Russians used 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. A targeted Russian ballistic missile strike specifically against energy infrastructure – the very infrastructure covered by the ceasefire announced by the American President. The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale – Russia has never before shown such ostentatious disrespect toward the United States. Russia does not consider the American President’s statements strong. Unfortunately, at least 600,000 people are now without power. Outages could become even more widespread. Unfortunately, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment – at 26 facilities of our power system and four facilities in the oil and gas sector. I am grateful to the repair crews, all Ukrainian energy workers, and the personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for all their efforts to address the aftermath of this Russian strike. Tragically, there have been fatalities and injuries. We ask America and EVERYONE in the world who does not turn a blind eye to reality to respond – and to respond forcefully. Russia has squandered the opportunity for de-escalation and has clearly chosen to continue its insane war of annihilation. We ask President Trump to impose STRONG sanctions on Russia, especially since the Lindsey Graham bill, which was recently passed and signed into law, authorizes and regulates such measures. The American President has all the effective and necessary tools to bring peace closer through strength, justice, and pressure on the aggressor. We ask for additional packages of Patriot missile interceptors for Ukraine. It is entirely fair for us to tell the United States, Europe, and all our partners that no country in the world should be left alone to face such a deranged and pro-war actor as Russia. I am grateful to everyone who helps Ukraine! Peace can only come through strength, and we ask America to remember this principle of Reagan’s. Glory to Ukraine!

I spent 15+ years investigating Russian secret services and organized crime. I know people who served with Putin in the KGB and sat in on his deals with St. Petersburg crime bosses. So let me explain the "diesel deal" the way they would — in gangster slang. Because that's the language Putin actually thinks in. First, the facts. Putin just raised Russia's 2027 military budget by 27% to a record 17.1 trillion rubles — about $203 billion. Who budgets that kind of money for a war they're about to end? The FT reported yesterday that Western intelligence has warned the heads of European defense companies that Russia is plotting to assassinate them. Since September, Tusk, Macron and the intelligence services of Poland, Czechia, Latvia, Belgium, France and Denmark have all warned that Russian hybrid attacks — including drone and missile strikes — will intensify in the coming months. None of this looks like a country preparing for peace. Who actually benefits? 🇺🇸 What the US gets: Every serious analysis I've read says the announced volumes won't move American diesel prices. This is a PR move for Trump before the midterms — a story about prices that will "very, very soon" come down once his friend Vladimir's tankers reach US shores, plus the chance to claim he ended another war (I've lost count). The only US "benefit" is Trump's rating. 🇷🇺 What Russia gets: billions of dollars to keep funding its genocidal war against Ukrainians. Sanctions relief. A demonstration of power to the rest of the world. A deeper rift between the US and its European allies. And a real chance to disrupt US weapons and intelligence flowing to Ukraine. So what is Putin's actual goal? Trump's disapproval is at record highs and polls show his party will most likely loose midterm elections. In less than a month his power will be badly weakened. Why would Putin sign a long-term peace deal with a lame duck whose signature will soon be scrutinized at best and annulled at worst? He wouldn't. And here's where the slang comes in. In the eyes of Putin and his siloviki, Trump is a baryga — a greedy, unscrupulous businessman who puts profit above law and principle. Gangsters despise barygas, but they love using them. The goal is always to turn a baryga into a lokh — a mark, an outsider who doesn't understand the rules of the underworld and gets played to serve the gang's interests. By signing the diesel deal, Putin plays two scenarios at once: A) The deal miraculously helps his lokh keep power — great. B) The deal changes nothing, the baryga loses the midterms — but by then it has already done its job: inflamed US political tensions and acted as arson inside the American system. Putin knows that the majority of Americans support Ukraine. He knows that by signing, Trump draws unprecedented criticism, including from his own party. And he knows a baryga won't give up power easily, because he will have to answer for everything he did in office — this deal included. That's classic gangster/secret-service method: tie a man to your organization, make him a partner in your crimes, so he can't walk away. Pouring more oil — diesel, in this case — onto the most explosive fault lines of American politics, raising the stakes for Trump and pushing him past the point of no return serves Putin far better than a peace deal that could be voided within months. Remember: Putin's goal in the West is chaos, not peace.

Axios: "President Trump's announcement Sunday about an "energy ceasefire" between Russia and Ukraine referred to a potential deal that includes each side stopping attacks on oil refineries — and he expects Volodymyr Zelensky to abide by it." Is the man with the greatest IQ in the history of the universe, whose name will soon replace that of the Atlantic Ocean, even aware that Ukraine hasn't had any operating oil refineries or other oil facilities on its territory for years now, because Russia destroyed them all long ago? And that, no matter how you dress it up, this is not a "ceasefire" but a demand that Ukraine unilaterally stop fighting back against the aggressor and quietly die under Russian bombs raining down on its homes -- for some fucking unknown reason? Perhaps it's finally time for someone to seek help at an appropriate medical institution?
