I just KILLED Adobe's Frame io.. never type a note again. Review a 30 minute video, without touching your keyboard and mouse Just say 'pause' and 'play' It'll turn your voice notes into feedback automatically post-prod.io

We're de-slopping @retti_ai today. Taking everything I've learned in the process of building postprod for a more mainstream audience. Long overdue, and I'll be working on the tool itself in the coming days as well.

If you're training your own AI video editor, @postprod_io is AMAZING for giving feedback in bulk to your AI. You can export every note as a .txt or .md file, including the frames you drew on/edited. Drop it back into your AI chat and it can make every change at once.

if you told me in 2025 that i'd soon be able to review a 30 minute YouTube video without typing a word, i wouldn't believe you post-prod.io

We interrupt your regularly scheduled @postprod_io marketing to remind you.. @retti_ai’s Claude MCP now works for short form too.

This is a super underutilized feature of Retti. Honestly a game changer because most creators don't optimize their short-form scripts, so there's a huge opportunity.

I'd add to this.. Anyone and everyone can install an extension, or pay for 1of10, and find outliers or breakout channels easily. But just because you copy an outlier, doesn't mean your video is good - arguably the most important step. That's why I built @retti_ai, to make sure that not only are you finding outliers, but you're also replicating WHY it worked AFTER they got clicked on. And then also improving on their weaknesses as well. An ideation tool subscription isn't enough.
Nowadays, everyone understands Outlier Theory. Everyone knows how to "Niche Bend". Anyone can use tools to find breakthrough channels the moment they take off. So why do so many still struggle to build successful YouTube channels? Because finding opportunities is easy. Validating them is the hard part. I've spent years mastering this skill, and it's why I've consistently identified winning opportunities for clients starting from zero. It's why I've taken three channels from 0 to 100k+ subscribers: Justicul, Out Of Bounds, and Agent Flappy. And why a client who started from zero is now on track for her first $8–10k month, just three months after monetization. How? Time in the market. I've been doing this for years, and one thing I've learned is that frameworks, tools, and trendy terminology come and go. But the ability to recognize patterns and validate opportunities is what consistently produces results. It's why I was sharing successful channels two years ago, and why I'm still sharing new ones today. This skill has been the biggest reason I've managed to stay relevant and consistently produce results while other gurus come and go. My biggest advice? Watch YouTube every day. Study what works, learn to recognize patterns, and master validation. That's how you ACTUALLY get ahead of 99% of people..

'What's the difference between @retti_ai and my own Claude chat if I train it?' A question I get asked all the time when creators are considering buying it. Here's just a few of the key differences; (this moat gets bigger every day, try it now: retti.ai/)

MrBeast said these are “the best videos he has ever made.” So I ran both through @retti_ai - the world's leading YouTube retention tool. And compared them to 50 of his older videos we’d already reviewed. What changed: → Twice as long: 51 min vs 25 this year → Slower scenes: a new beat every ~56s, not ~37s → Callbacks went from basically 0% of the runtime to 5% → Emotional payoffs tripled What didn’t: he still says the title’s promise in the very first sentence. One gap in both: the main prize goes unsaid for 27 minutes straight. Mini-prizes and weigh-ins carry the middle. Full breakdowns below 👇 (want breakdowns like this of your own, or competitors videos? try retti.ai/ for free)
These last two videos are the best content we’ve ever made and somehow our next 3 uploads are even better. (The team is cooking) I’m feeling more excited and energized about our videos than ever before, new era of Beast coming up 🥰
