In my 10 years at UCL, I haven’t met one student happy with Gorilla. Studies take them days, even weeks. In Testable @tstbl: under 10 minutes, sign-up included. Why do universities keep choosing tools stuck in 2020? Is Gorilla just another Microsoft Office?

Our paper is out in PNAS! This project was one of the biggest reasons for my move to the US. Great to see it published.

(3/3) Wouldn't it be better to be allowed to invest my contributions in government bonds, just barely keeping ahead of inflation? I would receive 26/20=30% more pension when I retire #uss #USSstrike
But in 15 years I would be paid back only 15*1.33=20% of my salary for this year - that's 6% less than what I contribute. WTF? Am I missing something? The fat cat salaries of investment managers? #uss #USSstrike
Can someone explain to me why we need investment people at USS? I contribute every year 26% of my salary (8%+18%) to receive 1.33% of that salary, per year, when I retire. I'm expected to retire at 67 and die at 82, so have a pension for 15 years. #uss #USSstrike
