🚨OK, we've been FLOODED with "doomsday" questions - mainly because you all know how closely we work with the government. We're not going to fear monger - and there are also things we can't discuss. So here's what we'll share.
Governments from Britain to Japan are now telling households to stockpile food and water while the Pentagon plans for bases to run 90 days completely off the grid.
⠀
The UK launched its Be Ready campaign on October 22, directing every household to keep three days of supplies including three liters of drinking water per person per day and non-perishable food that needs no fridge or cooking.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham told BBC Radio he already has plenty of beans and soup stocked, adding "I do like my beans, so I have plenty of those in the cupboard." Supermarket reports noted spikes in sales of tinned goods after the advice went out.
⠀
Japan's Disaster Management Minister Goshi Hosono said he will issue a nationwide emergency request on November 2, the day the new Disaster Management Agency launches, urging at least three days of food, water and toilet supplies, preferably a week. The guidance is not new but the fresh push comes as the government prepares for major earthquakes and other disasters where relief could be delayed.
⠀
In Normandy, the prefecture posted on October 27: "Don't wait for the emergency: prepare now!" for a 72-hour kit with water, non-perishable food, medicines, a torch, radio, cash and documents.
France and the EU have long recommended self-sufficiency for at least 72 hours, matching advice from Germany (up to 10 days), Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Estonia and others who already push for a week or more.
⠀
The United States has no matching national number for homes beyond Ready.gov's call for food and water to last several days. Yet former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino told his audience "Your neighbors are not going to have any extra food" and urged people to make "Fortress My House" with at least three days of supplies, an emergency radio and water filtration.
⠀
He contrasted that with the Pentagon's FORTRESS initiative, which aims for every major continental US base to operate at least 90 days without civilian power, water, fuel or supply lines, as reported by Fox News from internal planning documents.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has said every major installation will generate its own power independent of the civilian grid.
⠀
Three days for most homes. Ninety days for a US base. Gonna let you think about that one.
But here's the one prep NOBODY is talking about - your soul.
You'll never be prepared "enough" for what might soon come. But are you and your family prepared for what comes after all of this?
Last we checked, the mortality rate in America for life is hovering around 100%. So where are you going after? Because none of us are making it off this planet alive.
The most important preparation you can make right now for you and your family is turning to Jesus. Get yourself a Bible and get yourself into a good Bible-based church right now (we recommend @thecoe22).
Tomorrow isn't promised... but for those who believe in Jesus, eternity with Him IS.

My thing is all this fearmongering and nonstop announcements about stockpiling but they still haven’t told us exactly what is happening. Who, what, when, why?????
She Hid Her 12-Year-Old Daughter in a Ditch for Nine Months to Save Her From Boko Haram
In August 2014, Zainabu Hamayaji made a decision that would keep her daughter alive but force the young girl to spend nine months hidden underground.
Hassana was only 12 years old. Her mother feared that Boko Haram fighters would abduct her and force her to become a child bride.
To protect her, Zainabu hid her in a deep ditch behind their home in Madagali, Adamawa State, Nigeria.
Then, she did something that made the plan even more extraordinary.
She pretended to be mentally ill so the insurgents would leave her family alone.
When Boko Haram invaded Madagali, families faced a terrifying choice. People who tried to escape were being killed, and Zainabu witnessed the violence firsthand.
Her husband was among those killed.
She was left trying to protect her children in a town controlled by the same fighters she feared would take her eldest daughter away.
Zainabu had heard that the insurgents were looking for young girls to marry. When they learned she had a daughter of marriageable age, they came to her home.
She denied having such a daughter, but they did not believe her.
They beat her repeatedly. Her shoulder was dislocated, and she lost a tooth during the attacks.
Zainabu realised that simply denying Hassana's existence would not be enough. She needed to make the fighters believe there was something about her family that made it dangerous to interfere with them.
So she began acting as though she had lost her sanity.
She loosened her hair, stripped off her clothes and wandered around the community. She rolled in rubbish and smeared herself with urine and faeces.
The woman who had once lived an ordinary life was deliberately making herself an object of avoidance.
The insurgents returned repeatedly to check whether her behaviour was genuine. Each time, Zainabu continued the act.
Her younger children helped her maintain the deception. When the fighters questioned them about their mother's behaviour, they insisted that she had been mentally unwell for a long time and had previously visited a psychiatric hospital.
The children were frightened, but they played their part.
Eventually, the insurgents began to believe the story.
According to Zainabu's account, they feared that harming a mentally ill woman or taking her child could bring a curse upon them. They even left a warning on the family's house telling other fighters not to attack them.
But while Zainabu was trying to convince the insurgents that she was mentally unstable, Hassana was facing a different kind of ordeal.
She was living inside a ditch.
Her mother had prepared the hiding place with supplies, including food, water and matches. Hassana had to cook and manage her basic needs in the confined space. She also had to find a way to dispose of her waste.
For nine months, the ditch became her hiding place.
She could not simply walk outside whenever she wanted. Her safety depended on remaining hidden while her mother continued the deception above ground.
It was an extraordinary burden for a child who should have been able to live without fear of being abducted and forced into marriage.
Zainabu kept up the act, despite the beatings and the physical injuries she had suffered.
Then, in March 2015, Nigerian soldiers recaptured Madagali from Boko Haram.
When the soldiers encountered Zainabu, they were suspicious. They wanted to know how she had survived in the occupied town and questioned whether she had been married to a Boko Haram fighter.
She denied it and explained what she had done to protect her children.
The soldiers did not immediately believe her.
So she took them to the hiding place.
When they opened the ditch, Hassana was there.
After nine months underground, the 12-year-old girl was finally brought out of hiding.
The soldiers took the family to a camp for displaced people in Gwoza, where Zainabu later told her story to journalists.

I just want to cry every time I see Javits Frimpong’s picture.
There is so much innocence behind his eyes and demeanour. Sweet boy did not deserve this. He was just going to school.
RIP Jarvis Frimpong. I can’t even explain how heartbroken I am about this story man. I can’t stop thinking about him💔💔
You still have to work in a socialist or communist society. Those economic systems are not a hiding place for lazy people… he who doesn’t want to work, doesn’t eat.

💔
A heartbreaking tragedy. Fifteen-year-old Ghanaian Jarvis Frimpong was reportedly shot dead in the Bronx by teenagers who had bullied him. His father revealed that Jarvis had only arrived in the United States a year ago. Watching his father break down in tears is absolutely devastating. A young life cut short, a family shattered, and a future stolen. This is truly heartbreaking. 💔
This story has actually ruined my morning 💔💔
Hi, I wanted to share Javits Frimpong’s story with you. Javits was 15 and had come to the United States from Ghana for a brighter future and better education, living with his father in New York, but his life was tragically taken just one day after October 28 marked one year since his arrival. The fundraiser is already bringing people together to help his father and family with funeral, burial, and unexpected expenses, and I’m grateful to everyone who has supported them so far. If you’re able, please donate or share the GoFundMe page to help Javits’s family through this loss.
Donate if you can :/

so a young Ghanaian boy was bullied in the Bronx and he was eventually shot and killed. literally was such a quiet kid and he came to America less than a year ago. His dad has been in America for the past 26 years. xenophobia is genuinely despicable. I’m sick to my stomach.
This is so sad 💔🥺
antwan lewis: “this is 15 year old javits frimpong. he was a high school student at dream yard prep here in the bronx. his father said that he had recently been dealing with some bullying at school and that he believes this may have played a role in this. we also want to show you some surveillance video from that we got out here at the scene. now take a look at the top left of the screen. it shows two individuals that appear to match the suspect descriptions put out by the nypd. now that's the top left corner of the screen. it shows two males wearing surgical masks. one is pointing what appears to be a weapon. at some point they run out of frame. one of them drops something, returns to pick it up, and then both of them run off. police got a 911 call around 9:30 this morning. reports of a teenager shot near east 171st and cortana place. once on scene, officers found 15 year old javits frimpong with a gunshot wound to his stomach. they didn't even call an ambulance. they put him in the back of a squad car and rushed him to st. barnabas hospital, where officials say he did pass away from his injuries. as we mentioned, his father literally just came home from the hospital where his son was pronounced. and through that grief, he spoke with us, and he has a message for those who took his son's life.”
his father: “i will tell them to give themselves to the police. i don't think they are going to go free for killing an innocent child, for killing an innocent child. i lost him. why should i? i don't know what to do now. even it was, it's my brother who who who drove my car. i don't know what to do. even when i was coming from manhattan and i ran red light like two times. i ran red red light like two times. i've been here for 26 years. i've never ever hear this before. never.”
antwan lewis: “we want to pass along the suspect information given to us by police. they say they are looking for at least two males, likely teenagers, both wearing black or dark clothing. they were wearing surgical masks at the time. anyone with information is asked to call crime stoppers.”

If you can’t afford to pay your workers the minimum wage, let alone enough to live on, maybe the real problem is that your business model isn’t viable 💀
The way these guys talk about wages as if they’re a discretionary expense and not a basic cost of production is wild to me.
