The rise of the Holocaust Industry in the 1960s and 70s positioned Zionist Jews at the very top of the moral arbiter pyramid for most of the last half century.
That positioning is the source of unimaginable power bc it gave them disproportionate influence in shaping and dictating Western geopolitical policy.
This power was threatened in the fallout of the Iraq War but through control of the media, an incredibly powerful yet mostly unknown lobby in DC and with some luck in the form of a housing crash and global recession, they recovered.
But there won’t be any recovery after Gaza.
Israel has ensured it. Their stupid, arrogant, cartoonishly evil leaders and emotionally volatile populace guaranteed it. Six decades of power building flushed straight down the toilet in 3 years of bloodlust.
These pathetic appeals to authority, like the one below, will be unthinkable by 2030. Zionism will be just a toxic as Nazism within the next 10 years. Probably less.
My father, Elie Wiesel, received the Nobel Peace Prize for ensuring the Holocaust wouldn’t be forgotten. By honoring Navi Pillay, who accused Israel of genocide, the committee has betrayed his legacy. thefp.com/p/elie-wiesel-deat…

Confederate Gen. Richard Taylor, son of President Zachary Taylor, had to surrender to a German 48er immigrant officer at the end of the war. Describing his response to the lecture about "American values" he received from the German in broken English, he wrote:
"I apologized meekly for my ignorance, on the ground that my ancestors had come from England to Virginia in 1608, and, in the short intervening period of two hundred and fifty-odd years, had found no time to transmit to me correct ideas of the duties of American citizenship. Moreover, my grandfather, commanding the 9th Virginia regiment in our Revolutionary army, had assisted in the defeat and capture of the Hessian mercenaries at Trenton, and I lamented that he had not, by association with these worthies, enlightened his understanding. My friend smiled blandly and assured me of his willingness to instruct me. Happily for the world, since the days of Huss and Luther, neither tyranny nor taste can repress the Teutonic intellect in search of truth or exposure of error. A kindly, worthy people, the Germans, but wearing on occasions."

One of the saddest things the older generations handed down was the twisted notion that you should do good to everyone—except your own children and people.
“We don’t want to spoil our kids.”
So they intentionally did not help their children get a start in life, find meaningful work, or identify and select a godly spouse.
“It’s best for them to figure it out on their own.”
So they lavished themselves with the inheritance and handed nothing down. Grandparents who give their money to worldwide charities or missions, but nothing to their sons or daughters.
Who spend their time traveling the country in an RV, or vacationing in Europe, or in isolation, rather than alongside the next generation.
This could not be further from the biblical pattern, which Augustine and others taught, and which Christendom followed for centuries.
"Since you cannot be of assistance to everyone, those are especially to be cared for who are most closely bound to you by place, time, or opportunity, as if by chance...who, in reality, are chosen by God." — St. Augustine

“It greatly irritates me that these days are taken away, we are robbed of our lives, by employers and the like.”

“Due process” is a makework program for lawyers and bureaucrats. They sold you a bill of goods when they told you that it protects you, that it civilizes us to provide every feral nigger with an indefinite circus. You are not protected and none of this is civilized
This animal killed Iryna in cold blood and a year later they are still playing these pointless games about his fitness to stand trial. Like he’s going to understand what he’s done. Like they’re going to magically make him sane. Like it makes any difference whether he is
What aspect of this am I supposed to consider CIVILIZED? He should be dead. He should have been dead within days of the murder. He should have been executed years before he was given the opportunity to end her life. He should have been smothered in his crib or his cardboard box. He never should have been born
Don’t tell me this is civilized. A civilization worth the name would never stand for it

My favorite unknown political philosopher of the Renaissance, Francesco Patrizi of Siena, puts it more strongly in De regno IX - that citizens are responsible for preventing paranoia and tyranny in their leaders. They should show them respect and tolerate minor flaws in the interest of helping rulers love rather than fear their own people. Citizens have to practice virtue politics too, not just leaders.

There's nothing great about the man. He's a symptom of our times not unlike Obama in that regard. Status quo guys masquerading as mavericks. We deserve and demand the politicians that we get.Status quo rules until our collapse. No one's coming for us.
We're our own worst enemies.

If you watched a lot of TV in 1965-1975, your biggest worry was something like: "What if the Bermuda Triangle is full of quicksand and infested with piranhas?"
They took that from us.

What dignity does he think this affords him? If he thought he was correct morally why not pay for media which supports his views? This is extraordinarily hypocritical too from an all-is-fair capitalist like himself. Appealing to higher-than-thou morality.
