Very disappointed in my experience with @nissancanada yesterday. When you purchase extended warranty and still are responsible to pay for a major repair of a critical car component, it leaves you just a bit disillusioned.

Bought a brand new @ACER Aspire laptop last week. The sound decides to automatically enable and disable without warning. The support team @ACER are unable to identify nor fix the issue. Just be wary if buying this laptop.

Jasper... this is the 2nd laptop with this issue. I sent the case number in the DM... same issue... you can look up the chronology there. The dm never was responded to... so you can start there.
