Really spoiled a good visit in Cape Town by having @dewaterkant cottages holding onto our deposit for a full 7 business days, despite us getting a clear check-out. And then arguing the point saying "don't worry you will get your money" doesn't really sit well.

I find it annoying that they take a full seven working days to return a 2 k deposit to your account when they check the room on the day of departure. @LekkeSlaap
