I spent around 4 figs on commissions from this artist through @pipipen_en
They confirmed a TOS violation and permanently banned the artist, yet refuses to refund my completed commissions, because they "already released the funds to the artist"
What protection do customers have in situations like this? They won't even give me compensation in the form of credits 🥴 #pipipen
This is the last time I'll post about this.
I would say that there are too many errors in these works caused by generative AI, and the artist covered them up with color to cover them up.
I have submitted a report; please investigate this artist.@_VGen_ @Drawmarket_ @pipipen_en
"We confirmed this artist broke TOS with AI-generated artwork, but since the funds have been released, we can't give a refund"
@pipipen_en Seriously? U won't even give me credits either? #pipipen
