👋 We’ve been working on something new & we’re finally ready to let people play with it. It’s an “app for AirPods” called BeeBot – think of it like a social city guide emceed by an AI-powered radio DJ. I wrote a giant blog post (manifesto!) about it here: dens.medium.com/say-hello-to…

Meet miniboop; I spent 10 min to build a boop.fun clone using @poofnew, try it out here! 7a382233-59ff-4e77-ad71-484f…
I'm a big fan of the viral mechanic boop had of launching a token on their platform being how you claim their airdrop, and this is a basic version with a similar mechanic made simple in poof.

two types of failure:
elegant failure: full initial commitment, little to no hesitation in taking action, recognition when it's not working, graceful pivot without falling into too much guilt/shame, always keeping a sense of abundant options
awkward failure: half-hearted commitment, belated & hesitant action, clinging to the possibility of success even as it slips away, beating yourself up for every mistake, believing this was "the one chance"
moving more towards elegant failure requires changing our relationship to both our fear & our shame... and embracing less judgement & more love

🥳 Freeplay is now open to all in a public beta! We’ve built an end-to-end platform to transform how product teams build with LLM‘s.
From seed to public companies, everyone using an LLM in their product wants it to be consistent, compelling & affordable.
Freeplay can help.

Broke: using OpenAI embeddings as-is.
Bespoke: learning an embedding projection from human judgements.
OpenAI explains that this will "better emphasize aspects of the text relevant to your use case. In binary classification use cases, we've seen error rates drop by ≤ 50%."

Lots of "how to build with LLM" content for developers, but not enough for PMs.
We've talked to dozens of product teams who are looking for help here, so we've start publishing content just for them. First post is up.

Enjoying spending time IRL with Creators PMs. We love this app and want to help folks who are driving conversations & culture grow their audience and make money. We’ve got a lot to do and are so excited to keep shipping updates to make creators more successful on Twitter. 💙 – at Los Angeles, CA
