When I worked in a pediatric hospital for inpatient behavioral health, I had many patients who were young girls and teens who had been sex trafficked by their own parents, who thought that since they birthed the girls they could determine how the girls were touched.

Went to the cemetery where my (maternal) Grandma and big sis lay. Mom was proactive, or bamboozled into a deal where the plot fits four. She'll lay with her baby, (if) when we get her back. A good day in terms of what was accomplished towards getting her. A "good" day 🥺😭😭😭

Never imagined this pain. I've dealt heavily with death, and people have said it of the pain of losing your mother but like labor, no two experiences are the same. And the pain is unique to each. No one can prepare you for the labor of losing your first home. My Mommy 💔😭😭😭
I know the internet isn't real, but you all reaching out with your kind words are some of the most real feelings I've felt in a while. Words on this situation escape me. We are going to officially start raising funds to repatriate. The body.
