I saved several years’ worth of prescription bottles to make this retro bead curtain. I knew that orange had decorative potential!
I had to learn some new skills to make this. I have to say I’m happy with the result.

ALT A bead curtain made from sliced up prescription bottles is hanging in a window. Strings of orange beads and plastic rings (the slices) hang in an arched shape. The top of the curtain is a small piece of wood with a white scalloped border made from halved prescription bottle lids. The sun is shining through the window. An intact prescription bottle sits on the window sash.
Briefly returning to let you all know that I'm in the @telegramdotcom!

New orange chronic illness themed art. If I do it a third time it's a series, right?
"Safe Foods" is showing at ArtsWorcester through April 21 and will appear at Fitchburg Art Museum (my first museum!) this summer.
Just posted a bunch of art from "Trash Paintings" on my website. 🗑️🖌

JERRY: So apparently, the body keeps the score.
GEORGE: The body, eh?
KRAMER: Oh yeah.
GEORGE: I don't know what my score is, but I got a feeling I lost.
JERRY: Two seconds you've known about this. You're already sure you're losing?
GEORGE: If a score's being kept, I'm losing.
