I happened to be in STL for a college journalism convention that night and I stood outside the stadium and watched this and then proceeded to get absolutely black out drunk. The Tigers were staying at my hotel too.

What a magical run for the Cardinals who barely made it into the post season this year.
I really do hate the Rays but I hope the Brewers and the Brewers organization are cursed into oblivion for not properly honoring the $1,000 ticket deal. May their disgusting greed and contempt for the working class be their downfall.
