Training the new generation of echocardiographers with the new ASE textbook. After finishing the 2nd edition (left), my older grandson has now passed his love for echo to his younger brother (right). Both are confirming that the 3rd edition is far superior to the last! @ASE360
Finally, an AI-powered and less user-dependent way of quantifying mitral regurgitation versus PISA. When we worked with Philips on 3D Auto CFQ, we found that the variability of the 3D-based Rvol measurement was far superior to that of 2D PISA (doi.org/10.1016/j.echo.2022.…).
