@HSSHire thanks for failing to collect the cement mixer and power inverter twice it's making a lovely feature in my kitchen!! I might go and build a bridge to get over the incompetance. But seriously if you can instead if cutting off my call collect it, it would be lovely.
So had my windows installed by @safestyle it was all going well until they said the lad said they didn't have the fan for the window 4 visits later and this is how it looks... Yes that is my old skirting board and some toilet paper.
