Amazing! Nearly 1 in 5 new vehicles in BC was electric last quarter. More charging, more supply, more models = more sales.
Wow, ZEVs reach 19.9% of sales in BC in Q3 (& nearly 10% nationally). Remember, BC’s official target is only 10% by *2025*. Automakers are blowing past this goal despite previously claiming it could not be done. 🚗⚡️💨 ihsmarkit.com/research-analy…

If Paris can do the Champs-Élysées, we can certainly do Granville Street! – at Vancouver, British Columbia
Paris is investing £225m to transform the iconic but car-choked Champs-Élysées boulevard into an “extraordinary garden.” Among other things, 140K on-street parking spaces will be removed. Bold city-building leadership from @Anne_Hidalgo & team. Via @TheB1M

BREAKING: #VanCityCouncil votes to reallocate a minimum of 11% of city road space to "people-focused public space." This is FANTASTIC. That's approx 220-250km of streets. Council also voted to support changes that could be longer term or permanent.
