Founder of @nautiloapp btw There's also a community token that's been adopted by the dev team. Tokenomics not out, but the intention is clear. Regardless, marketcap should not be lingering at these levels for long. $NAUTILO
AI agents are becoming accessible to everyone, raising the bar for developers building the next generation of agent products. When capable, general-purpose agents are available out of the box, differentiation increasingly comes down to the architectural decisions and specialized experiences that make an agent uniquely valuable. In this episode, @Dan_Jeffries1, creator of @nautiloapp, joins us to discuss what he's learned building a platform for personal and collaborative AI agents. We explore his approach to persistent memory, coordinating work across people and agents, managing private context, and designing deterministic tools that complement LLM capabilities. Dan also shares his views on multi-agent architectures, computer use, and the tradeoffs between local and cloud models. The conversation offers a practitioner's perspective on where the opportunities lie as AI agents become more capable, more accessible, and more difficult to differentiate. 🗒️ Full show notes: twimlai.com/go/782. 📖 CHAPTERS =============================== 00:00 - Introduction 02:01 - The agency problem 07:37 - Nautilo 13:46 - Multi-agent systems 19:42 - Context window limitations 22:21 - Tool design philosophy: "Magical Hammer Design” 27:09 - Venice 28:48 - Local models and memory constraints 35:33 - Balancing privacy with model selection 38:24 - Bring your own keys and subsidized compute 40:39 - Co-creative tools 45:40 - Building agent products against “the wall” 49:08 - Bespoke software and the challenge of defensible moats

Gamescon 🇹🇭 Honest take : fairly well organized event at a great location . Would love to see more interesting games versus just a remake of popular ones. GameFi developments more interesting at this point. But where are all the gamers 😆

Think $bow can actually pull a $pons like move. One of the better utility projects around. Very actively building. Correction is most likely done. Will throw this into our long term conviction bag alongside $nautilo and $kled For memes you already know what we like

Yep. RHC coins are finally grinding higher again.
RHC seems to be finding a bottom here with Vlad and co picking up comms again. Love robinhood:0xe8ffd7e24187f72afb08d75b1bb13088a989a791’s expansion cross chain, can see them becoming the Premier DLMM venue across EVM. The flywheel is spinning, only a matter of time before volume comes back, and delta receives those flows. App looks phenomenal. What's funny is $KLED is just getting started. This is only book value territory. Not including token buy backs ($1.5M) so far from deals closed with AI companies. Not including future buy backs, and token flywheel for supply side users.

Instinct is currently raising @ $30b. $100M → $500M → $2.5B → $10B → ~$30B in sub 1y. If you're still not inside the private market this should be a good signal to pivot aggressively. Wealth creation is going to be heavily skewed toward private investors over the coming decade.

my unfiltered thoughts on the data industry right now: there are too many brokers in the data space. in the last 4 months this industry has become the new equivalent to dropshipping. i have no issue with that. but if your entire moat is spam calling smb owners all day and begging them to license their data for a micro1 referral fee, you are not going to make it, and you are not the next mercor. most of you are not building anything at all. to everyone reading this, and the hundreds of other posts on your timeline from 18 year old sf kids claiming $200m run rates please ignore them. these are the modern day elizabeth holmes’. they're taking one day of contracted (not paid) revenue and multiplying it by 365. the worst i've seen is someone who made $100k off a micro1 referral fee in 6 hours and claimed they're at a $73m run rate (12 (daily working hours) / 6 x $100k x 365). this is literal fraud, especially if you raise money off of this claim. you see this in a lot of yc companies in recent batches. the only businesses i see surviving this are the giants that already exist (mercor, micro1, surge ai, turing) and the non consensus bets: consumer data collection apps like kled, robotics data collection companies like build ai and meckaai, etc. tldr: don’t believe everything you read, and just brokering company data is not a venture scale business and should not be claimed as such.

Conflicts (wars) is an extractive event. More money exchanged hands from the state into the hands of private individuals. Russian-Ukrainian conflict coming to an end. Iran-US conflict probably sooner than expected. If so, the markets may begin to make new highs. But you've already been blown out of the water. Anyway keeping a keen eye.

Point is, it's not cool to be bearish for too long.

No amount of bull posting will send $BTC unfortunately. It just comes down to simple economics. We have supply minted daily , and energy prices keep climbing while OG miners are rotating their cash flow towards financing AI infra. Eventually they’ll be selling their btc to finance this big bet. Many already are. Until this supply is exhausted and until there’s a stronger catalyst, bitcoin prices might linger here for longer — just like Gold had done for a decade. AI is the only play left. Crypto AI might catch the tailwind but you have to play it smart. Just gotta accept we’re going through leaner years — and not gamble away whatever you’ve earned from past bull cycles. The bull 🐂 is dead and while we might inch higher after US midterms, it’s not a SURE catalyst for higher markets. Diversify into irl asset classes. Learn new skills besides gambling.

Think eventually $btc mining will be a major infrastructure ran by nation states. Just like AI. Profitability won’t even matter, just control. The major players are on their way out — having heavily invested into AI compute infrastructure. Does that mean btc will rally in price? Depends.

Think Chip, Tao, Vvv, Near has a good chance to lead Crypto to new highs when fomo actually hits retailers. Let’s face it, retail have been burnt pretty bad by mainstream Ai stocks. But the Ai revolution is real. You can see it changing the landscape of entire economies. $100b for total market cap of crypto-themed coins is not far fetched. Perhaps even higher. But if you want a multi-generational wealth kinda bet , probably Kled , Nautilo and a few others we’ve been talking about.

Doubt RHC is that incompetent. In any case just own some. Think they’ll roar back to life sooner than you think. They’re just rinsing the scams.

The next few years will be a huge bonanza for data resellers. Data contributors will eat well too. Just like early days of Uber. The coolness, the novelty , and convenience. Earning will be so easy. Want to grab a burger meal? Sell your reels you collected today. Eventually when mom/pop stores need to train their AI or Robots to perform a certain task—they’ll probably only turn to companies like Kled. The market is much larger than you thought. The skills marketplace will all be geared towards training your replacement and there’s nothing you can do about it. But you can profit on it now. Reinvest your money and secure your future. Or just hold $Kled for a stake in the future economy.

People getting laid off from big tech is like a replay of Covid but for white collar jobs. This time blame it on AI. And AI cannot fail first. It’ll rip hard because it’s the only reason you’re out of a comfy job. If it fails then there’s no justification to layoff people. Get ready for markets to rip. Hypergambling is so back.

Uber for Data in the making. Tens of Millions of users eventually, hundreds of millions in payouts, and millions spent in $KLED to acquire preferential jobs. If you’re actively selling / collecting data for labs, pay attention. Buy some Kled now before it’s priced out for you. Don’t be a permanent data underclass. Stake your claim early like those $AXS holders back in the days. Nothing to dislike: Company is profitable, raised a ton of capital, token holders hold a stake exposure in the company, and everything else will play into the hands of believers… in time $5 Kled is just the beginning
Replying to @avipat_

If Big AI is going down, open source AI will be the escape hatch. Every AI company with tokens + decent tokenomics should be on everyone’s watch list. Not because revenues need to make sense but because tokens can represent compute, ownership or something much larger. Crypto Ai sector is so minuscule compared to publicly listed or privately held Ai companies right now that it makes sense to get allocated.
