Clearly I got triggered by a comment on my tea with garyvee Show lol .. listen when you watch this please understand the truth here, we need to address our relationship with ourselves .. we need more self love, we need more accountability .. we need to start focusing on what we control! We are so capable yet we have given up our will to outside energies and before I get comments that meditation and ice baths are indeed good, OF COURSE they are but the point I’m making here is we need deep internal perspective work, those things are incredible but they are pieces of the puzzles and the biggest piece is your perspective on the world and your relationship with your inner self and holding YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE 1st! Xoxoxo I love yall, I hope this helps someone today!

Installed iOS 18 and I miss having all the Apple Apps settings together in Settings Menu. Now I have to search in the “Apps” section. #iOS18

Not all customers are created equal.
Apply the 80/20 principle to time consumption: What 20% of people are consuming 80% of your time? Put high-maintenance, low-profit customers on autopilot—process orders but don’t pursue them or check up on them—and “fire” high-maintenance, high-profit customers by sending a memo detailing how a change in business model requires a few new policies: how often and how to communicate, standardized pricing and order process, etc.
Indicate that, for those clients whose needs are incompatible with these new policies, you are happy to introduce other providers.
“But what if my largest customer consumes all of my time?”
Recognize that (1) without time, you cannot scale your company (and, oftentimes, life) beyond that customer, and (2) people, even good people, will unknowingly abuse your time to the extent that you let them.
Set good rules for all involved to minimize back-and-forth and meaningless communication.
Life doesn't provide warranties & guarantees.
It only provides possibilities & opportunities for those who dare to make best use of it.
