⏰Europe’s health systems are running on overtime - workers are paying the price.
In Sweden, employers rely on planned overtime, leading to part-time work and long sick leaves.
@vardforbundet fought back with an overtime blockade & strike - now working time is on the table. 💪
We are at the Polish Presidency meeting in Warsaw where we discuss problems of health workers shortages.

By 30 June 2026, members of the underrepresented sex must hold at least:

🔹 33% of all director positions

Social Dialogue in Hospital and Health led by @Hospeem and @EPSUnions ENDORSED the Updated Multi- sectoral Guidelines to prevent and tackle third party violence and harassment. There is no place for violence towards healthcare workers in Europe.

@EPSUnions participates at @ETUI_org seminar on Occupational Health and Safety, focusing on mental health (Psychosocial Risks). We urgently need a directive to protect workers mental health and studies argue that around half of workers are exposed to stress.
