So, all the accused in the Kanhaiya Lal murder case went to the Rajasthan High Court and challenged the NIA court's decision to frame charges against them under the UAPA. Rajasthan High Court has now dismissed their petitions. The UAPA charges against all accused will remain in place, and the trial will continue under the anti-terror law. Kanhaiya Lal was brutally murdered in Udaipur in 2022. He was beheaded inside his shop, and the entire incident was recorded on camera by the attackers and later shared on social media. It has been more than 4 years, yet Justice is still awaited.
