The test for any AI customer tool: ask it something you're afraid to hear. If it flatters you, it's a mirror. If it flinches, you might have something real.

Don't launch the ad. Interview the customer who almost bought first. She's the most expensive silence in DTC.

More traffic onto a page that does not answer the question is not growth. It is a faster way to spend money.

They say premium. They buy value. What people report wanting and what they reach for are two different data sets. Only one has money attached.

Retention isn't a discount problem. It's a timing and memory problem. Your best customer isn't waiting for a coupon. She's waiting for you to show up when the need is live.

Your best copywriter is your customer. You just keep paraphrasing them.

Most AI personas are just a mirror that compliments you. If your synthetic customer never disagrees with you, you didn't build a customer. You built a fan.
