🛠️ App.Axie - Garuda Pouch Opening Limit
Due to the recent Karst upgrade on the Ronin network, there has been changes to the maximum gas limit per transaction. As a result, you will receive a transaction error if you attempt to open too many pouches at once on the Garuda Shop.
While we work to update the website UI to automatically prevent this error, please try opening a lower amount of pouches per transaction to avoid this error.

Security Advisory: Ledger Devices Purchased via CryptoBilis
Ledger is currently looking into reports of loss of funds affecting users in Southeast Asia who bought devices through a reseller, CryptoBilis. As a precaution, Ledger has asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices while the investigation continues.
We are sharing this because some of you may have purchased products through this reseller.
If you purchased from CryptoBilis in the last 90 days and haven't set up your Ledger device yet, do not initiate setup. Keep the device untouched while the investigation is underway.
If you have already set up a device from this reseller, consider moving your assets to a new Ledger signer with a fresh seed phrase as a precautionary measure.
⚠️ Reminders that always apply:
- Never enter your secret recovery phrase or wallet backup onto any website
- No one from Ronin, Axie, or Ledger will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key
- Always verify links via official channels before linking your wallet or signing anything

Ledger is investigating reports of loss of funds from users in South East Asia who purchased products from a reseller named CryptoBillis. As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.

Security Reminder: Phishing Awareness
A third-party shipping provider used by hardware wallet manufacturer Trezor has disclosed a data breach that exposed customer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. This is not a Ronin incident and Ronin systems are unaffected.
We're sharing it because some of you may be in that customer list, and the exposed data makes highly convincing phishing possible. Expect emails, texts, and calls that use your real name and address to appear legitimate.
⚠️ Reminders that always apply:
- Never enter your seed phrase or wallet backup on any website, for any reason
- No one from Ronin, Axie, or Trezor will ever ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password
- Treat unexpected messages about your wallet as suspicious, even if they know your details
- Verify links against official channels before connecting your wallet or signing anything

We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.
The data exposed:
- Full names
- Shipping addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy).
All affected customers have been contacted separately by email.
Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts.
NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels.
We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.

We’ve released new versions of the Ronin Wallet that re-enable the Add Funds (onramp) service.
Download or update to the latest version below to start using the service again:
• Ronin Wallet Extension: v2.12.0
• Ronin Wallet Mobile: v2.16.0
The extension update also includes a fix for the app window dimensions.
