Missed on my Game 4 prediction. Had the @Brewers winning 6-3 and completing the sweep.
Instead, the @RaysBaseball battled back for a 4-3 walk-off win in 12 innings to keep the #WorldSeries alive.
Milwaukee still leads 3-1, but Tampa Bay isn't going quietly. On to Game 5.
They waited for LaMelo to leave town
The Charlotte Hornets will retire Muggsy Bogues' No. 1 jersey on Feb. 11, per @ShamsCharania.
The shortest player in NBA history at 5-foot-3, Bogues spent 10 of his 14 seasons in Charlotte and remains the franchise leader in assists, steals and minutes played.
Game 4 prediction: @Brewers 6, @RaysBaseball 3.
Milwaukee finishes the sweep and wins its first World Series. Chourio sets the tone, @Wcontreras42 delivers a big hit, and the bullpen closes it out.
Eight straight postseason wins. This team has earned its moment. #WorldSeries
If you haven't watched the @Brewers all year, you might not realize just how good this team is.
Game 3: 10-1, 16 hits, an 8-run fifth, Chourio 4-for-5 and @robertgasser5 with 6 scoreless, 1-hit innings.
Up 3-0 and one win from their first title. #WorldSeries
Back to 2-2. The second-half scoring drought last night is the concern. Miami and Cleveland come to State Farm Arena this week. Time to respond at home. #TrueToAtlanta
Rematch with Houston tonight. The @ATLHawks need to limit the open looks from three, finish defensive possessions and bring that fourth-quarter pressure from the opening tip. With Steven Adams out, it's a chance to win the glass. #TrueToAtlanta
Did my part today. Grateful for the opportunity to have a voice in the process. Every election matters, and every vote counts. 🇺🇸

Are the Falcons a good football team? @steakshapiro asked on @929TheGame today.
My answer: Not yet. They're talented enough to beat anybody, but good teams do it every week. Beat Tampa Bay on the road and the conversation starts to change. #RiseUp
Big-time win for the @AtlantaFalcons! Handed the 6-0 49ers their first loss, 29-20.
@themikepenix: 25/34, 213 YDS, 3 TD
@DrakeLondon_: 7 REC, 66 YDS, TD
Turnover margin: 4-0
This team showed some fight today. #RiseUp
Drake London is a top 5 WR in the NFL. Route running, physicality, contested catches and the ability to make plays when everyone knows the ball is coming his way. He's the complete package. @DrakeLondon_ #RiseUp
60-yard return. Exactly what @WesDurham was talking about on @929TheGame before kickoff. One bad game doesn't define a young player. Keep trusting @zachariahbranch, get the ball in his hands and let the kid cook! #RiseUp
Listening to @WesDurham on @929TheGame. Agree on Zachariah Branch. Two return fumbles last week hurt, but you don't give up on a young playmaker after one bad game. Keep him returning kicks, rebuild his confidence and let his explosiveness be an asset. #RiseUp
Listening to @MPJohnson79 on @929TheGame. His 4 keys for a @AtlantaFalcons win today:
1. Keep Raheem Morris guessing
2. Stuff the inside run
3. Create yards after the catch
4. Communicate on defense
No. 1 stands out. Morris knows Penix and this roster inside out. #RiseUp
The 🏀 GOAT debate will always be entertaining, but for me, it's Michael Jordan. 6 championships, 6 Finals MVPs, 5 league MVPs and a competitiveness nobody has matched. 6-0 in the Finals. Still the greatest to ever do it. #MichaelJordan #GOAT
Those 16 assists might be the biggest takeaway. @Jalen_J23 is becoming a guy who can control the game without having to score every possession. The more he develops as a playmaker, the higher this team's ceiling gets.
JJ finished one rebound shy of his first triple-double of the season 📊
@Jalen_J23 x @UPS
What a comeback by the @Brewers! Down 4-0 in the first, @SalFrelick ties it with a solo shot in the 6th, and rookie @CooperPratt4 makes up for his first-inning error with the go-ahead hit in the 7th. Milwaukee wins 5-4 and leads the series 2-0. #WorldSeries
Tough 121-114 loss for the @ATLHawks against Houston. @Jalen_J23 was outstanding with 26 PTS, 16 AST and 9 REB. Loved the fourth-quarter fight, but the defensive intensity has to show up earlier. The bench went from 6 points at the half to 27. #TrueToAtlanta
Love seeing Chandler Simpson dialed in like this. Even more impressive since he was an infielder through college before the @RaysBaseball moved him to the outfield. Pretty cool seeing a @StPiusXBaseball alum doing it on the biggest stage.
Love this, chandler simpson getting his pre pitch dialed in during BP. So many players neglect these reps during BP because of the focus. Watch his eyes and body move in the direction the ball is hit. It’s the little things.
