I want to speak directly to ICX and SODA holders about the migration. The last couple of weeks have been frustrating for a lot of you, and I share that frustration. I want to explain what happened, in my own words, and why I'm confident about what comes next. Migrations are being processed again. We slowed and then paused the process as a security measure after a wave of spam transactions, and following a prior exploit in August. In addition, we decided on taking extra precaution due to a large influx of requests in the past week. Every request now goes through a monitored queue. If your ICX left your wallet and the ICON transaction shows "Success", your migration is in that queue and your SODA will be credited to your address. All balances are safe. The deadline for migration remains December 31, 2026, so there is sufficient time. One more thing I want to be candid about and reiterate. The pause has acted as an unintentional circuit breaker between ICX and SODA while we put the security of the migration first. As migrations resume, I expect volatility to come back into the market with them and would like the community to understand that as we resume transactions through to SODA. On exchanges, I want to be direct. Over the past year, the SODAX team has worked closely with all centralized exchanges so their users could move to SODA without friction. All exchanges entertained this support and were provided with the necessary tools and support to convert their users' balances for them and avoid unnecessary deadlines or stress. Some exchanges followed through on our efforts, while many others initially supported but later chose to delist ICX instead. I'm personally disappointed by that decision, firstly because of the cumulative months of wasted effort from our team, but also because these decisions were made so far on into the migration process and resulted in greater anxieties for asset holders. We started these efforts early to create the smoothest possible experience, but unfortunately we have been forced to adapt. Liquidity for SODA is thin right now on centralize exchanges (Kraken and Coinone), so even modest orders can move the market more than you might expect. If you are trading in the coming weeks, please check the depth of the book before placing a large order. We are working on new listings and other efforts to deepen books. Meanwhile, the business keeps moving. SODAX operates across 21 networks, with more than 20 partners now shipping live products on top of it, most of them added in the last month. Earlier this month we hosted our first developer conference, SODAX Developer Sessions in Bangkok, bringing our team and partner developers into the same room to work through what they need next. Through Colosseum's Crypto World's Fair hackathon, we supported new teams with workshops and one-on-one help as they built products that work across blockchain networks. More partners and networks are on the way in the coming weeks and we have no intention of slowing down. This migration has to be completed, and we will complete it, ensuring opportunity for everyone to come along with us. It is a stepping stone toward what we are building, and despite the occasional stumbling block, from here the path is clear on how the SODAX execution system can continue to go from strength to strength and provide ongoing value for partner applications and the wider cross-network financial space.
