Hi @LINK_Scooters. I had a terrible ride last week due to your incorrect homezone boundaries. 1) Riding from bus in Seattle to home in Seattle on Seattle steet (30th sw) took me out of your home zone. 2) There's no feedback on scooter or app when that happens. It just stops.

Hey @turo. Your website and customer service have been nothing but HORRIBLE. Couldn't checkout due to a bug on your website. Booking 3 minutes later cost me an extra $100. Your support (contacted 3 times) says there's nothing you can do and it's my fault for booking.
