NEW: Binance US is seeking to raise as much as $100 million at a valuation of about $1 billion, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.
World Liberty Financial was made aware of the fundraise but is not participating, according to the report. Binance US previously raised more than $200 million at a $4.5 billion pre-money valuation in 2022.
