We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.
That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community.
Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward.
We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how:
· Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly.
· Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact.
· Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security.
· The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional.
Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.

random as fuck tip for young designers: keep a folder on your desktop with screenshots of unused directions from presentations.
you may or may not know this yet, but some of the best work you ever make will just be on page 14 of a random R1 or R2 presentation. the client might just pick one you didn't like as much. most times, it will just die there and never be seen again.
don't let it go out sad. keep a junk drawer of random moments or things u liked that didn't get used. not even for repurposing really, but self inspiration. at a certain point you wont even need mood boards, u can just look at this folder of 10 years of unused shit that is actually gas. its like a creative block loophole. 10/10

I got invited to an event last night and had no idea what to expect and ended up walking away with 1 photo. —because I spent 3 hours just talking, being ruthlessly honest and laughing my butt off dining with designers.

Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
