Itโs kinda silly to even have free agency open for a month when you know the impending lockout is coming Dec 1. Not sure how teams and free agents are supposed to navigate it all when we donโt know how the financial structure will be yet.
Nah, old man Rodgers doesnโt need any rest to defeat the Brownies. #FirstPlaceSteelers
Ok so this is a small sample so I wouldn't totally put a ton of stock into it but it just bc it involves the Browns/Steelers this week and we saw the Texans look terrible yesterday.
Steelers coming off a trip to Europe without a bye. Teams are now 1-6-1 SU and 0-8 ATS the last two seasons in that spot. In the last decade 12-12-1 SU, 9-15-1 ATS and opposing offenses have gone over their team total in 16 of 24 games & 1 push (67%)
Iโve ignored the embarrassing Twitter media feud between two dbags, but this reply was too spot on not to shoutout. DK was buddy buddy with MM until it didnโt serve him anymore.
Best quote from a manager ever?
Jake Bauers gifted Pat Murphy the final out ball. Murphy thanked him and told him
โYouโre gonna be a rich fucker. Just remember when youโre on that horse shit Yankee team and youโre all playing for yourselvesโฆ.just remember this is way we used to do itโ

The Pirates canโt just copy the Brewers and Rays when it comes to a decision on Brandon Lowe.
Those teams can let good players walk because theyโve built systems that keep producing replacements.
Pittsburgh hasnโt.
Mitch Keller says heโs healthy.
Now the Pirates have a decision to make.
Heโs due $18.4M next season. Is that money better spent on Keller, or could moving him help fix more of this roster?
Plus Brandon Lowe, the qualifying offer and more.

Cashman has been the Yankees GM since 1998. Next season with be year 29. Thatโs wild. Heโs making a run at Connie Mackโs 50 years with the Aโs lol.

We came all the way to Arizona to watch Pirates prospects and got... rain.
But we're here, so what do we actually want to learn from Wyatt Sanford, Michael Walsh and the rest of the Pirates in the AFL?
Plus Minor League Awards + World Series talk.
