Trinidad Chambliss didn’t play his best game vs Texas, but he still made some really nice throws and his OL didn’t help him out much. Not selling stock there.
I think a three loss team can make the CFP, so Oklahoma’s best chance of getting in is to win out
I’m not sure what their path to the SEC title game looks like

All a team has to do is get in the sec championship game and win it -if OU wins it will that get them in?
Keelon Russell is very good. He’s got it. Tennessee game was rough. It happens to redshirt freshman on the road sometimes. He also played better than the box score looked vs Georgia.
LSU - Alabama should be box office
1) both teams getting healthy after the bye week
2) two of the best QBs in the country
3) both defenses filled with All-SEC talent
4) both coaching staffs know how to dial up offense in big games
As parity increases with the nine game conference schedule, who gets five SEC home games vs four in a year can really affect how the season plays out.
Obviously everything evens out the next year, but that will be a major factor when looking at preseason strength of schedule

I actually don't think this is true
Everyone thinks the pass rushers who dip around the edge are held every play, but it's not holding. And I don't think it should be either

Id like to know how many Holding calls against Princewill also. He'd have way more but they just drag him down
SEC defensive end pressure leaders
1. Princewill Umanmielen - 29, LSU
2. Jordan Ross - 29, LSU
3. Marquise Grace-Humphrey - 28, Kentucky
4. Colin Simmons - 26, Texas
5. Daeden Hopins - 24, Missouri
I don't think the Alabama offense is a great matchup for the LSU defense because Russell is a polished passer AND can do damage with his legs.
But Tennessee and UGA have shown some ways to limit him, and LSU has two weeks to prepare. Probably see some new looks from LSU defense
LSU has been giving Dominick McKinley way more snaps after McKinley only played 4 snaps at Kentucky and LSU struggled to stop the run
McKinley has played 50 snaps in last two games. He made 3 stops and logged a sack at Auburn.

Good block from Aliou Bah here. LSU runs insert, he seals off the gap. LSU's OL is also getting better at dealing with movement.

Sam Leavitt LEADS THE COUNTRY in passer rating, yards per attempt, and PFF grade when facing a top-35 defense
Elite QB, and if LSU goes on a run in November, he'll be in the Heisman conversation
Alabama has suddenly been struggling to run the ball again. Run game was very good through first 6 weeks.
Possible that the center is just that important, but something to watch moving forward
Sam Leavitt has added 12 more points of value passing the ball than the No. 2 ranked passer in the SEC. Leavitt is everything that LSU paid for, and he’s far better than he was at Arizona State

Not sure why LSU fans are dunking on Frank Wilson after Ole Miss struggled to run the ball on the road vs the best defense in the SEC
Last week Ole Miss ran the ball at will vs a very good run defense
It was just a bad week
