Suomen kansantalouden kannalta ei juuri ole merkitystä sillä, maksoivatko ne 2, 10 vai 20 miljardia.
Meille merkityksellisiä ovat Suomessa tehdyt investoinnit: rakentaminen, suomalaiset ostot, työpaikat, osaaminen, verot ja energiantuotanto.
