If you ask for $10 a month a lot of people would pay it. Surely thats the move?
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.
That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community.
Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward.
We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how:
· Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly.
· Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact.
· Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security.
· The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional.
Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.
Today I used my free will to add a Scottish accent to all of our agencies internal explainer videos 😆 🏴
Thanks @ElevenLabs !

One of our studies on the U.S. law firms shows that there is a citation pool that just rotates, and eventually you get back to the first one.
Prompt to prompt there is a 40% overlap. Meaning, if you measure one snapshots its almost definitely wrong.

I fully cracked automated agentic coding.
Everything is now running in a perfect little loop.
All I need to do is keep supplying new ideas, specs, and GitHub issues, and the various AIs and systems create and merge them with very little human intervention.
Blown away by these models
Ladies and gentlemen Wordpress has left the building.
We're releasing and open-sourcing an alpha of EmDash Build, an AI site builder that hosting providers, website builders, and platforms can run themselves and integrate with their own systems.

Today we released the September 2026 spam update. We'll update our ranking release history page when the rollout is complete: status.search.google.com/inc…
Just changed my CI to @UbicloudHQ and upgraded to Github enterprise to get the merge queue feature.
Noticeable speed increase and cost decrease. Amazing.
Arguably a bigger deal than the new model release 😂

One more thing: we’re increasing five-hour usage limits on Pro, Max, and Team plans. We’re also providing subscription users a rate limit reset, which you can save and use whenever you choose.
Trialing @opencode GO using Deepseek Flash4.1 and I am shocked at how good it is and how cheap it is.
I'm getting all my daily work done and overnight sessions for about $2 a day compare to about $150 with frontiers.
Adding Jev into the mix to buffer some of the decision making away from the LLMs and I honestly think its going to cost more to buy the coffee to do the vibe code session than the tokens.
Brave new world
Deepseek Flash 4.1 is bonkers! Almost a million tokens for a cup of coffee. High quality output too. I don't see how frontier labs compete with this.
Its highly likely the Jev style 'system one' models are going to be the next big frontier in SEO and AEO.
On a mid sized keyword clustering and mapping process the cost went from $96 to $0.48 💀
This will apply to other audits link kill, keep, combine and internal linking in the same way. Once its built into your continuous monitoring and crawling you're going to be a force of nature in the SERPs.
ASMR goodness. Amazing copywriter available for hire! She’s even called Pen! What a name for a writer.
