Celebrated another revolution around the sun yesterday with a trip to Light up Lancaster. The Castle & Priory were fantastic.

Bournemouth have just beaten AC Milan and Manchester United 3-0. But how do a club of their size keep getting it right? Good recruitment for a start, offering talents opportunity and a pathway. Brazilians help. I join the great @Tim_Vickery to discuss Rayan & Evanilson in the latest episode of Futebol & Football. Plus we look at Jose Mourinho's El Clásico victory and debate the art of captaincy as practised by Diego Maradona, Bobby Moore and others. youtu.be/vpIabLNbMuo Watch now on FC Camisa!
The wind is picking up here on the Northwest coast. We lost our table top in the last storm- it became a large glass frisbee & ended up several gardens away😬 Hopefully, it’s not as bad inland & the game goes ahead tomorrow 🍒 #Morecambebay
Finally back home- thanks Storm Austen choosing to show up when I’m the designated driver 😬 I think we had a few close your eye moments on the M6! But it was worth it! What a night!! Bloody brilliant. Hoping we can do it all again on Sunday ( not the driving!) 🍒🍒🍒 #afcb
I am today’s designated driver and we are en route.. quick pit stop in Cheltenham to collect children & then Dean Court here we come! #afcb 🍒🍒🍒
