🔥 Excited to announce that I’m now CEO of @RustDesk — our founding seed was led by @OSSCapital nearly 2 years ago. Since then, we’ve become the most popular open source remote/virtual access platform on earth. Our core project is led by founder/CTO Zhou Huabing and the company has remained a very small team of < 2 people. We recently launched our first paid commercial product (for self-hosted installs) and we have acquired over 300 paying customers and are crossing $1M in ARR from zero revenue less than 45 days ago. The Remote Desktop market is a $30B+ opportunity ripe for COSS disruption. This new role is in addition to my responsibilities as GP of OSSC and our various efforts like Git Round and OCS.
