My new favorite activity is asking people to elaborate whenever they say something is good or bad for you "Nah dude don't eat soy it's bad for you" Why? "It's estrogenic" How? "idk bro it just is" Rarely are they able to get to the 3rd layer of questioning. Don't let this be you. If you have a belief strong enough that you are going to impose it on other people, you need to back it up with logic & reasoning. Otherwise, keep it to yourself You're rarely as informed as you think you are & you truly don't understand something until you can explain it in depth to another person. Make this a practice. Every time you digest information, practice repeating it to a hypothetical listener. Come up with questions you'd have about that explanation and do more research until you run out of questions.
