Hospital Road at Perumbakkam, Chennai, used by 5000 residents of Embassy Residency, students of 3 schools are struggling with horrible roads, potholes, and pits dug by EB. This is quite risky and life-threatening. #ChiefMinisterMKStalin #PerumbakkamHopitalRoad #PerumbakkamMLA

3/ If they do show up to the 1:1, they dominate the conversation A bad manager talks and doesn’t listen. They make it all about status updates — not about how you’re doing, your workload, or how they can unblock your work. They often interrupt and talk over you. All red flags

Never understood why people send meeting invites in outlook to say they are OOO. A simple self block in their calendar would suffice - wouldn’t it? Or if the intent was to tell others, a one time email would do - why would I want to be reminded every time I see my calendar!

Placebo Productivity: when we do tasks that make us feel productive but we are in fact doing them to avoid doing more productive tasks that are hard. Placebo Productivity is actually a useful hack when we are low on willpower. So use it. But don’t fill your entire day with it.
