🚨 STORY OF THE GAME: THE ATLANTA DREAM WERE PLAYING 5 VS. 8 TONIGHT! 🤦‍♂️🏀 I’ve NEVER seen a worse-officiated WNBA Finals game. It genuinely felt like the refs were determined to make sure Golden State won. Golden State got EVERY little ticky-tack foul, obvious travels went uncalled, and meanwhile Dream players were getting SMACKED and MAULED with no whistle! THE INCONSISTENCY WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! 😡 The Atlanta Dream deserved a fair game tonight. That’s all we’re asking for!

Angel Reese on the officiating: "I would definitely say last game...there was also a possession where Gabby pulled me on purpose and she was screaming foul foul, foul and they didn't call it. So that definitely was frustrating for sure. And her team is saying it and they're all screaming foul, but the refs, I don't know what's going on why they can't hear it. And I know I have the mismatch, especially we were talking about matchups. So when I do switch on the post and I'm a lot stronger than the opponent, I should be able to turn and they're calling offensive foul, but I'm getting pushed before that. So that is frustrating for sure. It definitely shifted when we went up 2-1 and things shifted and I don't know what happened, but it definitely took a big turn"

Angel Reese says it’s been frustrating trying to navigate through the physicality the Valkyries are playing with in the series. She says they are being fouled and when they address the refs about it they say we’ll get you next time. That’s diabolical. WNBA officials are brutal.
