"The more you understand this world, the more you destroy yourself. That's why fools are happy and intelligent people live in loneliness."
— Fyodor Dostoevsky
Every generation gets the rebel it deserves. Ours got Bean.
James BEAN. Rebel Without a Paws.
Rate the look, 1 to 10. Be honest. He can take it. He's heard worse from the mailman.

St. Joe's will induct Phil Martelli into its Hall of Fame as the lone member of the Class of 2027, per release.
A salute to Hawks AD Ash Puri for making sure that Martelli finally gets the recognition he deserves for his time on Hawk Hill.
Never put water on a grease fire — it makes it explode. Bean the fire safety dog shows what to do instead: smother it with a lid, P.A.S.S. with an extinguisher, get out and call 911. Smother it, don't splash it. #FireSafety #GreaseFire
OBEAN Wan Kenobi has arrived. Jedi Master of naps, treats, and judging you from under his hood. May the treats be with you. #DogDay #NationalDogDay #StarWars
Yesterday's game went how I thought it would. JMU is a good team, but we're going to be hard to stop — on any given night we have a bunch of threats. This year feels more real to me. Excited to see how the season plays out. @VCU_Hoops #LetsGoVCU #RamNation #ThePeppaEffect

People will never forget how you made them feel. — Maya Angelou. That's Coach Phil Martelli Jr.: fire and calm in one person. Energy that lifts a room, and a calm that steadies it. Thoughtful, and a special person. Thank you, Coach @pmjr10. @VCU_Hoops #LetsGoVCU #RamNation

I’m a therapist for mostly teen boys and do a lot emotional regulation skill building with them. But I get to see watch VCU bball tomorrow, so I will NOT be practicing what I preach🙏
Being peaceful and being powerless are not the same thing. Become strong enough to have a choice, and wise enough to choose what is right.

So many fans do this but you all don’t understand……. Mindee & Mitchell are F A N S!!
They’ve been there and done that. From bikini tops to final fours and now listening to games with their child. #VCUaThingOfBeauty #ThePeppaEffect
I’m not watching OR listening the game, but for the love of God, can we just watch without overreacting to every single play? No need to crown anyone a superstar or declare someone a bust. Enjoy the game. It’s PRESEASON.
