Rovers will get a bye to CL 2nd round if russia remain banned AND if the CL winner qualifies for CL-LP via their own league (happened every year since Chelsea 2012) AND if NO MORE THAN ONE of these teams wins their domestic league. To reiterate, VERY UNLIKELY!
