Time will tell, but hoping that this is a positive change for everyone hanging in there at CNET. Keeping them in my thoughts, and the @cnetunion, as well.

After almost 11 years, this is my last week at CNET. I’m beyond grateful to have been a small part of such an excellent organization, but my partner and I are planning a move to Chicago this summer, and I’m ready to explore some new opportunities in a new city.

As for me, I’m not sure what’s next, professionally, but I’m looking forward to catching my breath for a bit and then figuring it out. In the meantime, I’m still lurking here, and DMs are open, so if you’d ever like to get in touch, please do!

Just Cause Donuts. 🍩 Just cause @CNET workers need & deserve it in our union contract. Just Cause is linchpin protection. It’s about fairness & due process. It’s standard in digital media shops & we’re telling @RedVentures we “donut” think at will employment is acceptable.

Here's the latest post from CNET Labs, where we're always working to test new things. This time around, it's Gianmarco with some outstanding work putting alkaline batteries through their paces. cnet.com/home/energy-and-uti…

My @CNET Labs colleague Gianmarco has spent the past several weeks testing air purifiers in a custom-built chamber using homemade smoke bombs. Lots of really cool data here on how the 14 models performed, as well as info on noise levels and efficiency. cnet.com/home/kitchen-and-ho…

Our bargaining committee and @WGAEast bring our first round of proposals to the negotiating table today with @RedVentures, and we'll be speaking on behalf of all our members. Can't wait to secure protections and better working conditions at @CNET! ✊ Forward to a fair contract!
