LNGSHOT’s “Masterpiece” remains unavailable on major streaming and social media platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram..) in Korea, Europe, Africa, and other regions.
We kindly request an official statement on the situation:
• Confirm that you are actively working to resolve the availability of the pre-release single “Masterpiece” across streaming and social media platforms so all Shotties can be properly informed.
• Provide an update on the November 10 comeback as the S.W.I.S.H. pre-save is also unavailable, and confirm that it is still proceeding as planned with efforts underway to make it available worldwide.
Shotties remain ready and willing to support LNGSHOT, but clear communication at this time is needed to prevent further disappointment and confusion within the fandom.
Thank you for your attention.

i’m not a company hater nor defender, but this is unprofessional. fans shouldn’t have to worry about things like this. issues can happen, but they should be anticipated and resolved promptly. at least post a notice to let us know you’re working on it instead of tweeting idk 😒
